Notarial help when it matters

Documents often presented

Powers of attorney, certain healthcare-related documents, affidavits, financial forms, property documents and other documents requiring a notarial act.

Please note: Not every document requires notarization. Some documents need witnesses or special execution rules. We cannot give legal advice or choose legal forms for residents.

Built around resident needs

We coordinate with families and facility staff, respect the signer’s privacy, and allow time for a calm appointment.

Every notarization is subject to identification requirements, the signer's willingness and awareness, and applicable Georgia notary law.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does facility staff need to schedule the appointment?

No. Residents or their authorized representatives may contact us directly. Facility staff may also help coordinate appointment logistics with the resident’s permission.

What if the document requires witnesses?

Let us know before your appointment. Witness requirements vary by document and applicable law. We’ll discuss arrangements and any applicable witness fees in advance.

Can you notarize documents for residents with medical conditions?

A medical condition alone does not automatically prevent notarization. The signer must be willing and aware of the transaction, meet identification requirements, and satisfy applicable notarial rules. We cannot proceed if those requirements are not met.
