Booking Questions
Is the $10 deposit refundable?
We hold ourselves to the same standard we expect from you. If we ever miss your appointment for any reason, your deposit is fully refunded — no questions asked. If you no-show without notice, the deposit is forfeited to cover our travel time and the slot we held for you. Simple, fair, and it protects both sides.
How is the total calculated?
Notary fees are: $25 travel fee + $2 per page per signer. Witnesses are $20 each when required (e.g. Georgia POA). Document prep assistance is a separate add-on. Your $10 deposit is deducted from the total. We confirm your exact quote before the appointment — no surprises. Payment at the appointment via cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens — reschedules are welcome with at least 24 hours notice and your deposit carries forward to the new appointment. Use your Calendly confirmation email to change your time, or call/text us at (678) 249-9144.
Can I book for same-day or last-minute?
Yes — for same-day or urgent requests, call or text (678) 249-9144 directly for fastest response. Online booking is best for scheduled future appointments.
What counties do you serve?
We serve a 50-mile radius from Douglas County, covering Gwinnett, Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, Cherokee, Paulding, and surrounding counties. If you're unsure, just call us.
