Five complimentary notarial acts
With a mobile visit, we voluntarily waive the fees for the first five eligible Georgia notarial acts. Additional eligible notarial acts are generally $2 each, according to the applicable statutory schedule. This waiver covers notarial acts only, not travel, witness arrangements, printing, or other separately agreed services.
For example, eight eligible acts means five are complimentary and three are charged at $2 each: $6 in notarial fees, in addition to the separately agreed travel service fee.
We disclose the permissible fee for each notarial act before performance. The number of pages or documents does not alone determine the number of acts.
Mobile travel fee schedule
Estimated one-way driving distance from our service origin in the 30122 area determines the initial travel quote. These are travel/convenience charges, not notarial fees.

ZIP-code estimates are approximate. We confirm mileage, facility access, availability, and final charges based on the full appointment address before you agree to a visit. You may decline a quoted mobile visit and seek notarization elsewhere.

Appointments can be grouped by region to reduce unnecessary travel. Requests outside a scheduled service area/day, urgent visits, parking, access requirements, and extended travel may require a separately disclosed custom quote. We do not add these charges without prior agreement.
Witnesses are not automatically included. Where witness coordination is available and appropriate, availability and any separate fee must be confirmed in advance. Please tell us if your documents require witnesses before booking.
Deposits, estimates & changes
Our standard booking workflow offers a $10 appointment deposit, which is credited toward the final agreed bill and is not an extra notarial charge. Different deposits may be quoted for special travel arrangements, but no change is effective without your agreement. We will disclose any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund terms before collecting payment; the online estimate itself does not establish a nonrefundable deposit.
Online estimates are not confirmed bookings. A final quote accounts for actual address, date, number and type of notarial acts, and optional services. An appointment is subject to signer identification, willingness, awareness, and all other legal requirements. If an act cannot lawfully be performed, we will explain the issue; any travel charge due depends on the terms disclosed and agreed in advance.
